\nAs from 15 July 2025<\/strong>, authors can register at the Conference and fulfill all the required data.<\/p>\n

Recommendations for preparing the Abstract<\/span><\/strong>
\nAbstracts are requested consisting of:
\n\u2013 Title
\n\u2013 author\/authors name and surname
\n\u2013 Affiliation and e-mail of the author\/authors
\n\u2013 Keywords (max 5)
\n\u2013 Text (3,000 characters including spaces)
\n\u2013 1-2 images
\n\u2013 Bibliography<\/p>\n

The text can be written in Italian or English.
\nOnly after receiving the abstract\u2019s acceptance, should authors to submit the extended paper ( 20,000 characters and 6 images) for publication.
\nInstructions for editing the extended paper will be available after acceptance of the abstract.<\/p>\n

Registration fees<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Early registration Fees until 15 March 2026<\/strong>: 200.00 \u20ac; for PhD students and non-structured students: 140.00 \u20ac.
\nFees from 16 March<\/strong> to 10 May 2026<\/strong>: 300.00 \u20ac; for PhD students and non-structured staff: 200.00 \u20ac.
\nIn the case of multi-author contributions, at least one fee is required for the publication of each contribution.
\nCompanion Fees: \u20ac100.00, including all coffee breaks and lunches.<\/p>\n
