Recommendations for preparing the Abstract
Abstracts are requested consisting of:
– Title
– author/authors name and surname
– Affiliation and e-mail of the author/authors
– Keywords (max 5)
– Text (3,000 characters including spaces)
– 1-2 images
– Bibliography
The text can be written in Italian or English.
Only after receiving the abstract’s acceptance, should authors to submit the extended paper ( 20,000 characters and 6 images) for publication.
Instructions for editing the extended paper will be available after acceptance of the abstract.
Registration fees
Early registration Fees until 15 March 2026: 200.00 €; for PhD students and non-structured students: 140.00 €.
Fees from 16 March to 10 May 2026: 300.00 €; for PhD students and non-structured staff: 200.00 €.
In the case of multi-author contributions, at least one fee is required for the publication of each contribution.
Companion Fees: €100.00, including all coffee breaks and lunches.
Terms of payment
Authors must confirm their participation by paying the participation fee.
